Submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a contract between us. A contract is only formed once we issue a written confirmation, engagement letter, or booking confirmation.

6.2 Online bookings and payments

Where the Website allows you to book a programme, place, or service and to make a payment online:

• All bookings are subject to availability and to acceptance by us.
• A booking is not confirmed until we have issued a written booking confirmation and (where applicable) the relevant payment has been received in full or in part as required by the booking terms.
• Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Website and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider in a secure environment. We do not store full card details.
