6. Enquiries and bookings
6.1 Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry through the Website, we will use the information you provide to respond to your request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a contract between us. A contract is only formed once we issue a written confirmation, engagement letter, or booking confirmation.
6.2 Online bookings and payments
Where the Website allows you to book a programme, place, or service and to make a payment online:
- All bookings are subject to availability and to acceptance by us.
- A booking is not confirmed until we have issued a written booking confirmation and (where applicable) the relevant payment has been received in full or in part as required by the booking terms.
- Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Website and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
- Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider in a secure environment. We do not store full card details.
- Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling rights are set out in the specific booking terms applicable to the relevant programme or service. Please review these carefully before booking.
7. Consumer rights
Where you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you may have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts in certain circumstances. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights.

11. User-submitted content
Where you submit content to us through the Website (for example through enquiry forms, application forms, testimonials, or competition entries), you confirm that the content is accurate, that it does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that you have the right to provide it to us. - The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses, and you are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes, and platform to access the Website.
