Research Masters

The PhD takes 3-4 years and includes writing a thesis in the range of 60,000-100,000 words, followed by an oral presentation.

Other types of research; the Master of Science (MSc), Master of Philosophy (MPhil), and Master of Research (MRes). These types are also similar to the PhD, but not as academically challenging as the PhD, as theses are much shorter.
