AP Test (Advanced Placement)

It is a program created by the Collage Board that provides college-level education and exams for high school students in the USA and Canada. Students who achieve high scores in the exams are granted placement and course credits by American colleges and universities. In this way, students start their university life one step ahead.

In order to ensure equality, the College Board also provides students who study at home and students from schools that do not offer AP classes the chance to take the Advanced Placement exams.

Universities evaluate students with AP as ready and willing for academic education. For this reason, students with AP have a much higher rate of being accepted from the best universities in countries such as the USA, Canada and England compared to others.

The AP exam is held once a year in May. Exam applications start in February. Each course has a separate exam, so it is necessary to take a separate exam for each subject to be taken.
